  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract plus 1 tablespoon water ¾ cups all-purpose flour ¼ teaspoon baking soda



Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Set aside.

STEP 2: 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly oil a 13×9 baking pan.


Spread the Chocolate Cookie Crust evenly in the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool completely before filling with chocolate mixture.


Fill the cooled crust with a chocolate mixture. Top with the second layer of the chocolate mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours. Cut into 32 squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
