  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Step 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 

Step 2. Grease a mini cake tin with oil.  

Step 3. Put cocoa powder, cinnamon stick, and chili powder in a small bowl and mix well with a fork until the mixture is well-blended and you cannot see any lumps of dry ingredients left.
