How to make White Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe?

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- Three egg whites (from large eggs)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup white chocolate melts (or chocolate chips)
