- 1½ cups of chocolate shavings
- 1¼ cup of heavy cream
- 1¼ cup of milk
- 3½ tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3½ tablespoon whiskey
- 2 cup water
- 4 oz hot chocolate mix
- 2 oz chocolate liqueur
- 2 oz vodka.
- Whipped cream of your choice
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate syrup as garnish
In a large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
Add the water, cocoa powder, hot chocolate mix, and whiskey in a separate bowl. Blend with a whisk until well-mixed.
Stir the ingredients together until it’s smooth and combined.
Once this is done, slowly fold the whipped cream into the mixture until it’s evenly distributed and everything is fully incorporated. (You can also use an electric mixer for this step). When done, it should be thick but pourable
Pour half of the mixture into shot glasses.
Put a marshmallow in each shot glass, then pour the rest of the chocolate mixture over each marshmallow.
Garnish with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and chocolate syrup.
